Shilthorn

Took the cable-car(s) up to the revolving restaurant at the top of the Shilthorn, (as featured in the opening scenes of 007's On Her Majesty's Secret Service), with Tinks and Andrei, while Mum and Dad met up with Uncle Werner. It was amazing! Chloe was apprehensive at first, but coped well, and I think managed to enjoy the ride in the end.

Had a lovely lunch in the restaurant, enjoying the truly panoramic views. I was delighted to find Pingu Ice-creams on the menu, just as I remembered from my childhood holidays in Switzerland, and so just HAD to order one for Heidi. (She didn't complain!)
