Aðfangadagur - Christmas Eve

Merry Christmas!

In Iceland we celebrate Christmas on the evening of December 24th.
Here we are starting our three course meal; cured salmon on toast, wild hare with hasselback potatoes and other trimmings and tiramisu to end this lovely feast.

Snow outside, presents and warmth inside - what a great way to spend a winters evening! ;)
