Christmas meal

Just us two and a lovely quiet day. We had a starter and dessert and this is the main course, duck breast. It looks frugal for a Christmas meal but neither of us finished our duck and slept in the afternoon. I did make a classic two stage bigarade sauce using seville oranges and will freeze some in little pots for future duck meals.
