Madeleine Rose.

This week will be the first anniversary of my wonderful sister's death. Her name was Madelaine, (slightly different spelling to the rose). After her death a friend bought me a Madeleine rose, then another group of friends bought me one too. I have planted them opposite each other not far from my kitchen door as they have a wonderful scent. The timing of this first flower is perfect as we shall be away on the actual anniversary. Her birthday is also in June so these roses are indeed very special.

Madelaine was a beautiful person, both inside and out and we all miss her greatly. The world lost a good one in her.
