Return Of The Vegetarian

My lovely vegetarian son has returned from university - until Wednesday when he goes back for something or other, but definitely not work!
Anyway, it’s lovely to have him home and he requested a vegetarian lasagne for tea. It was actually as delicious as a meat version, if not nicer. After all, it’s all about the cheese sauce ;)
