I picked this filthy old penny up from the pavement outside Jamie's apartment last week when we met the real estate agent there to photograph and list the place for sale.  Since then, it's been sitting on our kitchen counter, and I've been hoping it will bring us good luck in our property ventures both in Bridgewater and New Milford.  Yesterday, we received word that a cash offer had been made on the apartment, and today an offer over asking price was made on our farm in Bridgewater, so perhaps that penny really did do its job!  Fingers crossed both sales go through successfully!
