to Watch the Watchers

I make an annual pilgrimage to the end of our road to see the motorcycles taking part in the TT  events for the fortnight.

Here you see the  volunteer marshals who keep an eye on things.

Purely by chance, in the middle of the scene you can see a motorcycle that is just landing...

I say "by chance" because that motorcycle must be doing something like 150 mph.

I regret to say that I do not find this sort of scene at all enjoyable and I can only bear to watch it for about 5 minutes.
