Marigold Cottage Garden
If you're ever in Sutton on Sea during the summer, you really should go to see Marigold Cottage Garden on Church Lane. Stephanie is a really keen gardener.
We'd driven to Alford in the morning to see the windmill. It was closed for repair. St Wilfrid's Church is imposing. Two alabaster effigies are the memorial for Sir Robert and Dame Elizabeth Christopher, who were local benefactors in the sixteenth century creating several almshouses.
