Christmas Eve eve

Today was a pretty hectic pre Christmas Day, hectic but enjoyable.
It started at my mum's, where we'd stayed overnight. We had breakfast & then drove right down the M62 to Alex's parents' in Hull.
It was wonderfully festive & we did the whole present exchange, just so we could share in what had been bought for each other.
Because Marley & Evie often receive similar presents they sit back to back so not to spoil their surprises.
In this instance, it was really sweet that Ferguson & Gracie wanted to do the same.
There was such generosity from Alex's family for Ferguson & I. It was really humbling to be a part of it.
In other news, I think our home made gifts were quite well received too.
