Seemingly Forgotten

On our walk tonight, Buddy and I walked around the Texas and Pacific Warehouse.  In 1931, three new buildings graced downtown Fort Worth.  The offices and T&P terminal is the building that I live in and has been restored.  The next building west is the US Post Office.  When trains were supreme, mail was moved by rail.  The post office has been restored in the last few years.  The T&P Warehouse has sat unoccupied and quickly falling apart.  We have heard several plans to restore this giant of building, but nothing seems to come of the plans.  I try not to be fatalistic and believe one day the building will be razed.
