Firsts

First of June........first day of winter........first fire lit.

I'm not a winter fan but I have to admit, there is a very special feel to the season.  Given we've been spoiled recently with unseasonally warm days, I'll accept the coldness so that those who do love this season can enjoy it. 

Driving back from town these clouds looked very unusual........must be some strong-ish southerly winds up there.
