Aftermath

V. and I walked past the burnt out building this morning on our way to breakfast. The whole block is still cordoned off, and a fire hydrant or two are still leaking. There's an excellent neighborhood diner next door to the former bar, and I was relieved to see that the collateral damage to it wasn't severe enough for them to be closed today.
