Chicas y Chico

I like Boxing day more than Christmas day.

A dat spent with family and friends and leftovers and aperitifs and beer and wine and digestifs (brandy/whisky) and port.

I created my annual culinary masterpiece - the piss de resistance. A genuine, authentic 1970's trifle made with swiss roll, dream topping, tinned fruit and hundreds and thousands.... and now I think I need a lie down.
