Billy Fury

On our journey home we stopped in Liverpool for a short walk around Albert Docks.  There was a maritime festival under way and numerous activities were taking place.  Indian dancing and music as well as two new inflatable fire rescue and life boats being named in a special ceremony. (see extras)
We had spent the previous night watching the Liverpool/Tottenham match and Liverpool was very busy with fans milling about.  We did not realise that the team would be having a parade later that day but fortunately we left well before the start.
