Salmagundi

Funny the way things pop up. I was putting together some cold meats for my tea when I remembered Salmagundi. I think we had it on the menu at The Dolphin and I certainly did a few platters while working for Scarborough Borough Council. I don't think I've seen it on a menu for 40 years.
