The raindrops just keep falling

A very blustery day with rather too many heavy showers of rain :-(

Walking down to the Health Centre this afternoon I spotted this white flower growing beside the fence in a rather untamed area of the local green space. 
I thought at first it was a dog rose but the leaves and stems are too hairy for a rose.  Can anyone help with identification?
