Poppies for my Poppy

D dropped Poppy off at school at 7am for her Paris trip. She was quite excited! I’m still waiting to hear that she’s arrived, I imagine she’s far too busy to think about home.
It’s been warm again and I managed a bit of reading time outside until my conscience got the better of me and I came in and started one of my school reports.
Alfie’s now on study leave so only has to go in when he has an exam. It was nice to see him back at 10.30 after a ‘good’ history exam. 17 more to go!
