Mottisfont House

Up and out early as today was my only day off this week...

Mottisfont is famous for its stunning rose gardens!!

The visitors arrived by the coach load!

I'm glad I went early and escaped before it got to over whelming!!

Then spent the rest of the day with Teen1 after her exam in the morning...

I'll be glad when it's all over. Both teens struggling and need time out as do I!!

Now for 4 full days at work.....
