1st outing in a month and a half

I think this massive asthma attack is finally easing but i am so weak :( Due back to work on the 2nd and i can barely do anything as yet. We went out to the beach for a walk today, this was my first trip out (other than to sit in Tesco cafe etc). I managed about 10 minutes and had to retreat to the car, exhausted and with jelly legs.

Still, its a start. Little by little....!

Oh and I LOVE my vintage lens. It rocks.
