Vet's

A busy day for us today. I got up earlyish, got ready and went over to Metheringham. It's not too bad over there - the cricket World Cup is on at the moment so there's plenty of interest there!

Brian has some holiday (What's that?) from work at the moment, so he came over to pick me up in order that we could get the tesco shopping done before we had to take Minstrel to the vet for his Healthy Cat Check. 

We got there early, and had a little bit of a wait. Minstrel was fine and quite calm whilst waiting. The car journeys, as ever, really stressed him out though - he doesn't mind being in the vets at all - the dogs, rats, cats etc. in there didn't bother him that much. Being in the car really did!

He is indeed a healthy cat, and - the vet's nurse said - a very handsome one! We are inclined to agree! She checked him thoroughly so that's it for another 6 months. My Blip is a lovely dog named Mya who was in there waiting her turn too. She was very well behaved!
