Local Strawberries - no cream :(

These treasures are among the purchases from yesterday’s farm shop. (The broad beans have been greedily consumed, seasoned with a spot of turmeric, shallots and tarragon).

The tiny strawberries are so fresh and sweet. Supermarkets don’t compare. Savoured them ‘au naturel’ (prefer them with lemon and a sprinkle of sugar to cream anyway). Some left for tonight.
