Gun salute

We just missed it!

Our wee visit to Stirling Castle.

As we drove up we could hear the guns and see the smoke.

Apparently the battery was fired to mark the anniversary of the Queen's coronation in 1953.

We had a cracking day. Little bit of rain but mostly a lovely day.
