Command post entrance

After the collapse, Scottish Southern Command will be controlled from hardened bunkers in a large cave system in Westmorland, somewhat north of the new border. This is one of the concealed entrances to that system. Under the cover of crowds during Appleby new fair large amounts of supplies are moved in and out of the command bunkers each June. Many travellers attending the fair have been commissioned to bring in supplies under the noses of the authorities: surprisingly therefore, in the early 21st century, a large amount of this arrives on horse-drawn vehicles.
