Identity Unknown

A few days ago we were sold this plant at the local garden centre. It was supposed to be a Black Eyed Susan but on checking it out in Google it appears that the petals should be daisy like and the plant ought not to be a climber, which this one is. The tendril type thing top left will confirm that. Does anyone out there know what it actually is?
