Derny Racing...

My Day:

Sleep evaded me somewhat last night so have been in 'Droop mode' today...
Had a haircut, planned the route to train on tomorrow, lunch, more research for Friday, a little SNOOZzzz...E.
Still want to do 30 minutes on the turbos.


Blip:

The little motor bike is called a Derny... the rider of the Derny is called a Driver. I have never raced on the road behind a Derny but many times on the track (Velodrome) when i was younger. You have to pass a test by British Cycling to be a Derny Driver, which is did in 2007. 
In the good old days it was very exciting to watch Derny racing but quite often the results were predefined so not always as much fun to ride if you were going well.
