Sitting on the fence

This bird was sitting on the fence for ages in the pouring rain. We thought he was a wood pigeon but he looked bigger than usual.
Joe and I went to the library while Grandad was getting his hair cut. We called in to see if he’d finished (he hadn’t and said it was the longest haircut he’d ever had) and Joe was given a lollipop even though he didn’t have a trim.
