Big Fella

This evening's walk required us to briefly enter this chap's field - Peebles people will know where I mean, along the Cut. Very glad he wasn't paying too much attention or down having a drink from the burn (right by the path). Are farmers allowed to put bulls in fields that have rights of way through them?
