Well it wasn't quite as rubbish as it could have been. The blues didn't play particularly well today but thankfully it was good enough to get three points. Wigan actually played quite well themselves and really got stuck in, keeping our players tightly marked and not really able to get going. To give Roberto Martinez his due, even defending at 2-1 he still had 3 players on the halfway line to try and get an equaliser...I'm bloody quite glad it didn't work though.

So I took my new camera to the game today to have a play with the 'superzoom' and got this as Tim Howard (24) was warming up for the second half with goalkeeping coach Chris Woods (yep the former England 'keeper).

For some reason there were loads of absolute knobheads on the road today including the fella that whilst on the sliproad for the M62 decided he didn't fancy that and swerved accross two lanes of traffic -right in front of me- to get back on the M6. A quick glance also showed that he was reading directions or something at the same time. Moron!
