Please, can I go outside?

Son Duncan and his kitten are house guests. It has rained all day but the predicted gale force winds have, thank goodness, not materialized. “Bryan” the kitten has made himself at home. Our own cats tolerate him but Maisie, the Labradoodle, adores him. They play very nicely together. Here Bryan is observing the world outside. He would dearly love to get out there, rain or no rain.
