In the middle of a thunderstorm

Shortly after I took this photo through the window in my office, there was a flash of lightning followed within a couple of seconds by a loud roll of thunder. So loud that many things in the vicinity rattled and shook. That part of the storm continued east and away from the buildings. And I returned to notes and emails.

A busy day, and one that felt pretty good overall.
