I'm Out

I got out to Fosse Park shopping centre
Got a taxi £7.50 (and that's only one way )( bloody hell)but dispite the effort it's good to get out and get away from the flat
Feeling breathless but coping and I think that is the main thing not to give up cos it's too hard but to keep pushing myself
You all keep encouraging me with your great posts so thanks a million for that
