I was organised today and did all the tea prep early so that I could get out for a walk as soon as the weather improved. 

The photo is of Scandale Beck, between Ambleside and Rydal. I've passed here many times and never been inspired enough to take a photo. Today the combination of elements seemed right, and because I was leaning on a fence I tried some longer exposure shots. 

Much of the morning was spent sorting through 5 large bags we brought back from my Aunt's house. The contents are now arranged in piles for charity shops and textile recycling banks. Vey little has gone in the bin.
