A new kind of pink

These are ruby lamingtons - made with ruby chocolate ganache, which is a new kind of chocolate buzzing round the foodie world. It’s really chocolate, made from the ruby cocoa bean. It tastes fruity with a little sour note. Quite nice as a lamington! The fruit flavours work well with coconut.
