Boxing Day

Today our good friends A and S came over for lunch. L cooked a chicken to go with some of the food we didn't eat yesterday and made her excellent apple and almond cake for afters. We spent a very enjoyable afternoon eating and drinking and chatting round the kitchen table. Now that they've gone, there's some time to catch up with blip.
