Dancing dew drops....

.....caught in a little bit of sunlight as Jack Frost melted away.

Another hard frost this morning with pockets of sun throughout the day until late afternoon when a gusty nor'west wind blew through followed by a south westerly change, as I type it's cold and dark.

A busy day being out and about, fitness with my personal trainer for which I'm grateful for and this afternoon helping mum with some computer issues, good to get things tidied up for her. 

Lunch today was scrumptious - shredded chicken with coleslaw stir fried, the flavours of red and green cabbage, red onion, kale, carrots,  celery and coriander with the chicken hit the right spot as it was rather bleak and cold at that time of the day.
