11 Years Old

Today is Joe's birthday. I'm really unsure what to write as this hasn't been a normal year and it's been tough on him. Really fucking tough. 

Joe has always been a truly wonderful kid with thoughts and feelings way beyond his years but since December he's endured more pain, trauma and fear than any kid should.

I'm at a loss as to what else to say other than I love him beyond words.
