Nettles

I’ve just started a mindful photography course with Emma Davies. This week has supposed to be all about slowing down, which would probably be a good idea as work has been crazy busy again.

I grabbed a short spell of sunshine after tea and a stroll round the block. Forcing myself to slow down and observe I spotted how the light was catching this nettle. Probably should have taken the camera rather than having to use a phone snap!
