Tip-toeing to avoid the guard dogs?

This is the back entrance to a tall, red brick Victorian school that has been appropriated by the council for offices and a rubbish depot. The wire enclosed tennis courts are filled with plastic bottles, black plastic household rubbish bins await distribution and bulldozers and other equipmentare parked on the hard core yard. The playing fields are now part of a long belt of scrub land and nature reserves that run along the River Crane and the main railway line to Reading and form a wonderful walk/bike path through London suburbs where foxes, birds and all manner of beasties roam...
