Boxing Day In Berwick

I had a difficult journey to say the least. When I arrived at Newcastle airport I found the Metro station was closed.

When I eventually managed to get to the mainline station, it was closed too! And there weren't any buses to Berwick either!

However, Paul came to the rescue by arranging for a mutual friend who works in Newcastle to give me a lift.

So I got here several hours late. The signs of Christmas were everywhere and Boxing Day revelries have added to the detritus!! All very good fun.

I had an emotional reunion with His Nibs, who seems perfectly happy living with his girlfriend.

And why not?!
