Well, not precisely, but the Rower was sitting in the Mayoral Chair, and said he felt like a Mayor, so it's as good as.

I have to say, if you are ever visiting Belfast, City Hall would have to be right at the top of the tourist list.  Fascinating history of Belfast displayed over 16 rooms, plus a guided tour, and it's all free.

And it's all done in a very interesting way.  Don't miss it.
