Last Day

I told you on Monday that the farm shop café was due to close at the end of the week. Today we rode up there for a final cuppa and to say good luck. I chose a chip roll - only the second one ever- to seal the memory of a cheerful farm tea stop which will no longer be available as a ride destination.

Hebe is optimistic about her future. She has such a bubbly personality to match the glass of Bucks Fizz that I am sure she will find something very soon. She has already had several job offers.

So it was tea, eats and farewells before we set off home in the pouring rain.
