Baci di Dama

Rather than buying my way through Christmas, I've decided to bake my way through it this year. For the most part at least. So, family members, get ready for your treats!

Because of my crazy school and work schedule, I've started my baking extravaganza quite late. Both in the sense that it's getting very close to Christmas day and that I started baking quite late tonight - had to buy baking supplies first. I fear that my neighbours may be starting to hate me...I was chopping hazelnuts in my food processor into the wee hours. Definitely worth it though, the cookie batter turned out amazingly! Into the fridge for tonight, baking and assembly of the kisses tomorrow.
