Grenadier Trooping

I was lucky enough to get 4 tickets for Trooping the Colour via the Public Ballot, and my what a most impressive display of shiny shoes, buttons and buckles.  The rain stayed away, we had excellent seats at Horse Guards Parade, we walked up The Mall afterwards, waved at the Royal Family on the balcony (extra) and oooooed at the Red Arrows fly pass.
Joe had spent all night at hospital with Lou and their new daughter, then rushed home to join us for the parade....then back to his whilst he picked up Lou, P and new baby, then new baby family cuddles.  She was a cuddly 8lb 6oz but as yet remains nameless.....the suspense is killing us! :))) x
