Walking on the Fallen King

Out for the traditional Boxing Day walk. Glad we got out reasonably early, as it started raining while we were out, and got very heavy as we drove back the few miles from Ty'n y Groes. We walked in Coed y Brenin and I'd read in the local paper that the tallest tree in the forest had been felled since it had cracked and was deemed dangerous. So here is my youngest daughter walking on the felled tree, the tree that had been named the King in this forest. They are going to work out which tree should take the title "King" now the old King lays slain.
