Healthy Dinner- Yum!!

So very thankful for a husband who loves to grill!!! This evening’s dinner was grilled salmon, cauliflower rice and roasted Brussel sprouts a delicious and healthy dinner. I firmly believe that food is medicine. Eating the proper portion of fruits, veggies, whole grains, healthy fats, lean proteins, seeds, and nuts are the way to give your body the proper fuel. These foods are loaded with vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Because my husband and I have been focusing on consuming organic, whole foods that are delicious, we have found that we don’t crave the bad foods anymore. It is definitely a win Win!!
