At B&Q

Time to spruce up our flower pots - went to the local B&Q to see what they had in their garden centre (while Helen was choosing, I tried a few flower photos). Came back with a boot-full of new plants.

Later went out for a walk down to the local branch of Decathlon to buy some shorts and a top for running. Going to try the Couch-to-5K programme, recommended to me by friends earlier in the week.
