Pyracantha Hedge & Bees

It's a dull day today, with the occasional glimpse of sun, but quite mild. I have had a lazy morning, haven't felt like doing much, but am going out this evening for a change. G's writers group are holding an evening of 'weird and wonderful original short stories, read out loud' which sounds interesting. I have been to one of their previous evenings, and was very impressed. The Pyracantha hedge in the front garden has been a mass of flowers this year, and the bees have been diving in and smothering themselves in the pollen..........which is great !! :)
