High Elms 10k

That was tough and my first 10k in a year, broke the psychological barrier entered, ran it as hard as it was, manages a PB on Pylon Hill last K legs said no! Who cares I said yes! And carried on, Hubby face planted Tree roots there were many! So big shiner and leg cut but he carried on and now I call him ribeye! After broken ribs Christmas running and now eye blackened but he carried on! The run doesn't get easier with 7 hills!
