Five-Spot Burnet
A day to catch up, chill and walk the dogs peacefully. Whilst out we saw these two moths delicately fluttering on the sea pink flower. Thankfully they stopped for just long enough to capture them.
It is Mrs BR's dad's last day here today and we had planned to take him to Herm for a few hours. The tides were not particularly in our favour and it would have meant he may have had to walk from Rosaire. We decided to leave it until next time he comes. The steps at Rosaire and then the walk to the village is a challenge for someone in their nineties even though he does keep very fit. He is very content to be out walking Mr Casper and drinking coffee at one of the various beach cafe's. He has a car that he keeps here and always goes out for the afternoon with the dog in the car.
