Conwy Castle

We went over to the RSPB reserve at Conwy today and had an enjoyable day watching the birds. I managed to positively identify 38 different ones. I did take one of two bird photos but my favourite picture is this one of Conwy castle from the estuary. You can see people on the battlements

One of the reasons I decided to use this picture was because of this fascinating film from 1898  Conwy on the L&NW Railway. 

You can see the same two railway arches in the film that are on the right of my photo.
